What tax documents will I receive as an investor?
From the issuer, not from Invown. Any tax documents connected to your investment are prepared and sent by the company you invested in.
Which form you receive — and when — depends on the issuer’s entity type and the kind of security you hold, so it varies from investment to investment.
If the issuer uses Invown’s investment-management platform, it can deliver documents to you through your Invown account, so check there first each tax season.
For questions about a specific document, contact the issuer directly; for what it means for your taxes, talk to your tax adviser. If you cannot reach an issuer, contact support.
