At closing, funds move from escrow to the issuer and your securities are issued to you — see why your investment is held directly with the issuer.

In your Invown account you can:

See the investments you have made, in one place.
Download your documents connected to those investments.

After that, expect to hear from the issuer. Reg CF issuers file an annual report each year — see annual reporting — and if the issuer uses Invown’s investment-management platform, its documents and updates reach you through your Invown account as well.

Tax documents come from the issuer — see what tax documents you will receive.
